Our work
Loganville Remodeling Services, Room by Room
A hall bath or an entire floor plan, the standard holds: sound framing under the finish, then doors, drawers, faucets and switches that work smoothly from day one.
What Every Project Gets From Us
Whether we're painting three bedrooms or building an addition, the parts of the job you'll never see get done as carefully as the parts you will. Framing is checked for level and plumb before drywall, tile goes down over a flat, solid base, and new doors are hung so they stay where you leave them.
Every job, large or small, starts from an itemized estimate, follows a written schedule and stays with one project manager until the final walkthrough.
The Seven Projects We Build
Open any of them to see how the work is put together and which decisions are worth making early.
-
Whole-Home Renovations
Several rooms or the whole house reworked in one project, with new walls framed true and finishes that match from room to room.
How it's built -
Basement Finishing & Remodeling
A lower level that feels finished, not converted: moisture handled first, then framing, ceilings and trim done as carefully as upstairs.
How it's built -
Bathroom Remodeling
Showers rebuilt or swapped in for a tub, new tile and vanities, all set on waterproofing and a solid base.
How it's built -
Kitchen Remodeling
New cabinets, counters and lighting or a fresh layout, installed level and adjusted so every door and drawer runs smoothly.
How it's built -
Interior & Exterior Painting
Rooms, cabinets and exterior trim painted over surfaces that were cleaned, filled and primed first, so the color goes on even and stays.
How it's built -
Home Additions
Extra square footage built onto your house, with floors lined up at the doorway and finishes chosen to blend with what's already there.
How it's built -
ADU Construction
A second, self-sufficient home on your property for family or a tenant, finished with the care you'd want in your own house.

Where Quality Actually Comes From
-
The base comes first
Tile is only as flat as the floor under it, and paint only as smooth as the wall. Soft spots get fixed and walls get filled and sanded before anything decorative goes on.
-
Fit, then fasten
Cabinets, doors and trim are shimmed and adjusted until they sit right, and only then fastened. It takes longer than nailing things up where they land, and you can tell.
-
A last pass on moving parts
Hinges, drawer slides, faucet handles and fan switches get tested and adjusted at the walkthrough, so the small motions you repeat every day in that room feel right.
Not Sure Which Project Comes First?
If the kitchen and the hall bath both need work, or the basement is next after a round of paint, tell us the whole list. We'll talk through the order so finished work doesn't get torn into later.
