Most Bathroom Failures Start Underneath

A cracked tile, a dark corner of grout or a soft spot by the tub almost always traces back to a layer nobody sees: the membrane, the slope, the subfloor, or an exhaust fan that just pushes steam into the attic.

We build those layers carefully, then set the tile and fixtures on top of them so the room works as well as it looks.

What a Bath Remodel Includes

  • Shower and tub work

Tub-to-shower conversions, new tub surrounds and full shower rebuilds, all built over a waterproof membrane with the pan sloped toward the drain beneath every tile.

  • Tile laid out before it's set

We plan where cuts fall so you don't end up with thin slivers at the doorway or a crooked line around the niche.

  • Vanity and fixtures

Vanities anchored level to the wall, faucets that don't wobble, a toilet set solid on its flange, and any pipe moves needed to put them where they work best.

  • Ventilation that vents

A properly sized fan ducted all the way outdoors, so mirrors clear faster and moisture stops working on paint and grout.

Choices Worth Making First

  • Same footprint or new

Swapping fixtures in their current spots is the simpler job. Relocating a toilet or shower means cutting floor and rerouting drains, which can be worth it if the room has never worked.

  • Glass or curtain

A frameless glass panel looks clean but is custom-measured after tile, which adds a short wait. A curtain or framed door keeps cost and timing simpler.

  • Only one full bath?

Then downtime matters most. We'll stage the work so the toilet is out as briefly as possible, and you'll know in advance which days you'll need to shower somewhere else.

Bathroom Remodel Questions

How many weeks should we plan around?

Most bath remodels run a few weeks once materials are here, and we don't start tearing out until they are. Relocated drains and glass that's measured after tile both add time, and the schedule accounts for them.

What if something isn't right after you finish?

Call the same number. The work we do in your bathroom comes with a one-year warranty, and we'd rather hear about a problem early than have it grow.

Bathroom Due for a Redo?

Tell us what's failing and what you'd want instead, whether that's a walk-in shower, more counter space or just a room that dries out after a bath. We'll go over what the work involves.
