A Loganville Remodeler That Builds From the Inside Out
We give framing, waterproofing and prep the attention most people save for the finish, because a finish only looks and works right when what's under it is sound.
Why We Start Underneath
Most remodeling disappointments show up months later: a tile that cracks over a soft spot in the subfloor, a cabinet door that drifts, a bathroom fan ducted into the attic instead of outdoors. The finish material is rarely to blame. Almost always, something underneath was rushed.
So that's where we spend our attention. We check what the new work will sit on, give each stage the time it needs on the schedule, run every trade under one contract and keep one project manager on the job from first visit to final walkthrough. Then we test the room the way you'll use it.
Standards We Work By
-
Sound before pretty
We don't tile over a floor that flexes or paint over a crack that will come back. The underlying problem gets fixed, and if that costs more, you see it in writing first.
-
Made for daily use
A kitchen drawer gets opened far more often than anyone stops to look at it. We set hinges, slides, valves and switches to work smoothly, then check them with you at the end.
-
Plain talk about materials
Some upgrades earn their price and some just add cost. We'll say which is which for your house and the way you live in it, and leave the choice to you.
